Do I need to be 21 to shop?+
Yes. You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to enter the shop, place an order or accept a delivery.
What forms of ID are accepted?+
Bring a current government-issued photo ID showing your age, such as a driver’s license, non-driver ID, IDNYC, passport or U.S. military ID.
Where is Grams located?+
360 Graham Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211, near the Graham Avenue L station.
What are your hours?+
Sunday through Thursday: 9:00 AM–11:00 PM. Friday and Saturday: 9:00 AM–Midnight.
Can I order ahead for pickup?+
Yes. Shop the live Dutchie menu, choose pickup and follow the checkout instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash, debit and Dutchie Pay.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?+
Yes. You can enter and shop with a wheelchair.
Can I consume cannabis at the store?+
No. Grams is a licensed retail dispensary, not an on-site consumption lounge.
Where can adults legally consume cannabis in New York?+
Adults 21 and older may consume in a private home or in most places where tobacco smoking is allowed. Consumption is not allowed in vehicles, businesses, restaurants or patios, on federal property, or in most public parks and beaches. Property owners may also restrict smoking or vaping.
Delivery
Is delivery free?+
Yes. Delivery from the Graham Avenue shop has a $0 delivery fee in our immediate zone. Addresses farther out may require a minimum order.
Is there a delivery minimum?+
There is no delivery minimum in our immediate zone. A minimum order applies outside that area when delivery is available; the live checkout shows the current minimum for your address.
How fast is delivery?+
Usually within an hour. Timing can vary with demand, traffic, weather and order volume.
Should I tip my delivery driver?+
Tips are optional and always appreciated by the driver.
Which neighborhoods do you deliver to?+
Participating ZIP codes cover Williamsburg, Greenpoint, East Williamsburg, Bushwick, Bed-Stuy and Ridgewood. Use the ZIP checker on the delivery page for the current answer.
What if Grams does not deliver to my ZIP?+
The delivery ZIP checker automatically shows the three closest licensed Grams retail partners, including mileage, addresses, websites and directions.
Do I need to show ID at the door?+
Yes. The adult accepting the order must be 21 or older and show valid government-issued photo ID matching the order.
Can someone else accept my delivery?+
The person named on the order should be present with matching valid ID. Review the live checkout rules before ordering.
What happens if I miss the driver?+
Contact the shop at 718-486-8888 as soon as possible. Cannabis cannot be left unattended.

Does Grams make its own products?+
Yes. Grams develops small-batch New York flower, pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, edibles and vapes while also operating the Brooklyn flagship.
Do you carry brands besides Grams?+
Yes. The Graham Avenue shop carries Grams alongside a curated selection of licensed New York brands.
Are products lab tested?+
Yes. Legal cannabis sold by licensed New York retailers must be tested and labeled according to state requirements.
How can I recognize a regulated New York cannabis product?+
Look for New York’s universal cannabis symbol and a QR code or link to the product’s Certificate of Analysis. Regulated products sold by licensed dispensaries must pass required testing and provide potency and batch information.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?+
Use the Lab Tests page to search current certificates by product or batch.
What does a COA show?+
Depending on the product and report, it can show cannabinoid potency, terpene results and required contaminant screening for that batch.
Why does product availability change?+
Grams works in rotating batches. A strain, size or format can sell through before the next release is ready.

How should cannabis be stored?+
Keep products sealed, cool, dry, away from direct light and always out of reach of children and pets. Follow package instructions.
What should I do if a child or pet accidentally consumes cannabis?+
For a person, call the Poison Center at 800-222-1222. Call 911 if there are signs of a medical emergency. If a pet consumes cannabis, contact a veterinarian immediately.
Using cannabis responsibly
Is a higher THC percentage always better?+
No. Potency is only one factor. Product format, serving size, freshness, aroma, terpene profile and your own tolerance also matter.
What are terpenes?+
Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in cannabis and many other plants. They contribute to aroma and flavor; individual experiences still vary.
How long do edibles take to work?+
Onset varies and can be delayed. Follow the package serving instructions, start low and wait before considering more.
What does “start low and go slow” mean?+
Begin with a small serving and wait for the effects before taking more. New edible consumers may consider starting with 2.5 to 5 milligrams of THC. Different products and people can respond differently, so read the label and avoid increasing too quickly.
What should I do if I consume too much cannabis?+
Stay in a safe place, hydrate, rest, breathe slowly and contact someone you trust. Do not drive or add alcohol or other substances. Call the Poison Center at 800-222-1222 for guidance, or 911 for a medical emergency.
Should I talk with a healthcare provider before using cannabis?+
Talk with a healthcare provider before use if you take prescription medication or have respiratory, cardiovascular or serious mental-health concerns. Cannabis can affect people differently, and a provider can discuss risks specific to you.
Is cannabis safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?+
New York OCM says the safest choice is not to consume cannabis during pregnancy or while breastfeeding or chestfeeding because THC can pass to the baby and many effects remain unknown. Speak with a healthcare provider for personal guidance.
When can cannabis use become a problem?+
Warning signs include using more than intended, being unable to cut down, cravings, or continuing despite problems at work, school, home or in relationships. Speak with a healthcare provider or substance-use counselor. New York’s 24/7 HOPEline is 1-877-8-HOPENY (467369).
Can I drive after using cannabis?+
No. Never drive, bike in traffic or operate machinery while impaired.
Can cannabis be shipped out of New York?+
No. Grams does not ship cannabis across state lines.
Can I return cannabis?+
Cannabis return rules are limited. If a product appears defective, keep the packaging and contact the shop promptly for assistance.
